"The State of Election System Reform in 2024"

Earlier this week, the Election Law at Ohio State program held a webinar on all the initiatives on the ballot in various states this November concerning structural electoral reform—including the effort in Alaska to repeal the recent reform there. Here’s a link to the recording of the webinar. Among the many valuable elements of this discussion was the information concerning exactly what’s on the ballot where. It’s a very important year for election reform, and once the election is over we will need to assess the extent to which these reform efforts are successful.
